13 April 2022
Dear Valued Customer,
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support, understanding and patience during this situation.
We are pleased to report that all business operations have returned to normal today. All linehauls have arrived safely during the course of the evening, and outbound cargo from KZN has been transported without incident.
Our Richards Bay office is back to normal operation and collections and deliveries will take place as per normal. The Pietermaritzburg and Durban offices are also fully functional and have resumed normal operations. We do have a backlog of deliveries which will receive urgent priority today.
We do anticipate some challenges in reaching certain delivery points over the next couple of days. Some areas and roads remain inaccessible across many parts of the region. We will endeavour to get all parcels collected and delivered as per our normal service levels, but we ask for your patience and understanding in the event that we may experience some delays. Any major delays will be communicated to affected customers.
We continue to monitor the situation and will share any important updates with all our valued customers. Our staff has been instructed to continue to exercise extreme caution out on the roads and ensure we apply safety first in all situations.
We thank you for your patience and understanding under these circumstances.
Sincerely yours,
Hein Bruyns
