Customer Update – Potential Service Disruptions 19 April

19 April 2022

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued understanding and patience
during this time.

The floods in the Kwazulu-Natal region over the past week has had significant impact on the daily lives of thousands of residents. Government has officially declared a state of disaster across the province in the wake of the floods. While we remain fully operation across the region there are disruptions experienced daily, due to areas or roads being inaccessible.
At times we may experience slightly longer delivery times due to the fact that alternative routes or detours need to be taken. We remain committed to delivering our service promise and any major delays will be communicated to affected customers as quickly as possible.

In addition to the situation in the KZN region, Eskom has also upgraded the current loadshedding status to level 4. As we know this does have significant impact on the daily lives of all South Africans across the country.
While all our branches remain fully operational during loadshedding, we do anticipate potential disruptions to traffic with a number of traffic lights being out of order during scheduled loadshedding. We may at times also experience issues with delivering or collecting on time in access controlled buildings, estates or security areas.

We continue to monitor the situation closely and will share any important updates with all our valued customers. Our aim is to ensure that our customers experience as little disruptions as possible during this time.

We thank you for your patience and understanding under these circumstances.

Sincerely yours,

Hein Bruyns
