Customer Update – Operational Update

Dear Valued Customers,

Following our previous communication dated the 24th of June, we would like to take this opportunity to update you with progress regarding the shutdown of our Linbro Facility.

Firstly, we would like to thank everyone who has reached out to us with messages of support and understanding. We are confident that we have, in the interest of all affected parties, made the right decision. We can confirm that the entire facility has been deep cleaned and sanitised. The same applies to our fleet. We also confirm that all COVID-19 tests have been completed on staff based at the Linbro Park facility. Tests have been sent to the lab’s for testing and we have arranged for expedited results due to urgency of the situation.

We are pleased to report that 70% of the test results have been received and staff have been advised of their results. Unfortunately, we are still outstanding results for several staff members. This is purely due to the backlog being experienced with the respective labs. All staff are still currently offsite, and the facility will remain closed until 24h00 Friday the 26th of June. Those who can work remotely will continue to do so.
All staff members who have tested positive is currently in self-isolation for the mandatory fourteen (14) days while those who have tested negative will be returning to the office starting tomorrow 27th June. We will endeavour to clear as much of the backlog during the weekend.
